Security
In Account › Security:
Signing in
You sign in with your Google account. Add a passkey for faster access, and manage your signed-in devices.
If your account also has a password, Change password asks for the current one, then the new one (8 characters minimum). Tick Sign out my other devices if you think it may have been seen.
Passkeys
A passkey signs you in with your fingerprint, face or a security key, without typing a password.
Confirm with your device
Fingerprint, face, device code or security key.
On the sign-in page, Sign in with a passkey. A passkey can be renamed or deleted; a synced passkey (iCloud, Google…) works on all your devices.
Signed-in devices
The list of sessions open on your account, with their last activity. Sign out one device, or Sign out the others.

Never exported
Passwords, passkeys, connection tokens (eBay, Ship24) and mailbox credentials.
Delete your account
Contact us from your account's email address (Contact support) to request its deletion. Export your data first.
Privacy
Aeon does not measure its audience and sells nothing. Your content is not public. For support and billing, Aeon's administrator can look at your account: your items (name, photos, characteristics, quantities, unit cost and market value), stock and sales totals, and your subscription. They never see your notes, purchase receipts, emails or your buyers' details. Every visit is logged. The details are in the privacy policy.
