Frequent questions
Short answers to the questions people ask most.
Stock
Inventory is what you resell: it counts in your results and tax documents. The personal collection is what you keep, tracked at its value but apart from your business. See Inventory and personal collection.
Leave it empty: Aeon never replaces it with 0. The margin of this item's sales will be marked as estimated until you fill it in. See Incomplete purchase cost.
With a bulk purchase: by each item's value, in equal shares, or by hand.
Stock › … › Import a spreadsheet: up to 5,000 rows, your own column names. See Import a spreadsheet.
From the item's record, Purchases section. See Fix a purchase.

What you actually received, before fees, for all the units sold. Fees and the postage you pay are entered separately. See Record a sale.
On the sale, Record a customer refund, and tick The buyer sent the item back: it returns to stock at its original cost. Do not cancel the sale.
Figures and tax

A marketplace reports sellers who reach 30 sales or exceed €2,000 in a year, with that marketplace. Being reported does not mean being taxed. See DAC7.
No: Aeon computes the amount to declare and prepares your documents; you declare yourself. See Micro-enterprise.

Quick capture works offline: your captures are kept on the phone and sent when the connection returns. The rest of the app needs a connection.
See Install the app.
