Connect eBay
Import your eBay sales automatically, and publish, update or remove your eBay listings from Aeon.
Unlike Vinted and Leboncoin, eBay lets Aeon work with your account:
- your eBay sales come in by themselves;
- you can publish, update and remove an eBay listing from Aeon;
- a recorded sale can automatically remove eBay listings published by Aeon that are no longer available.

If the eBay integration is not configured on your server, Account says so. Your eBay sales can always be entered by hand.
Connect your account
Authorise Aeon on eBay
You are sent to eBay to sign in and accept. Back in Aeon, Account shows “Connected as” followed by your eBay username.
If access expires, Aeon tells you: Reconnect is enough. Disconnect stops the import; sales already recorded are kept.
Your eBay sales
In Sales, the eBay sales panel shows the latest sales read, with Refresh.
- When Aeon recognises the listing sold, the sale is recorded automatically: “Sold on eBay: … The sale is recorded.”
- Otherwise it shows under eBay sales to match: choose the matching listing, then Record the sale. No listing? Create it, then record. A sale unrelated to your stock can be ignored (and undone).
- eBay refunds and cancellations arrive under To review, with Record the refund.
- eBay's estimated fees are used; check the amount in euros if the sale is in another currency.
Home and the bell show the eBay sales to record.
Publish a listing on eBay
Open Platforms on a listing: the eBay line offers Publish on eBay.
Check the prepared listing
Aeon prepares the listing from the item: title (eBay shows 80 characters), photos (at least one, the first is the cover), eBay category and condition.
Fill in what eBay asks
If eBay requires details Aeon does not know, it asks you; they are remembered for next time.
Choose the shipping policy
By default, your eBay account's one.
Publish on eBay
Sending the photos and the listing can take up to a minute. The listing then shows Managed by Aeon.
Update on eBay and Remove from eBay then act directly on the eBay listing.
First publication
eBay asks for payment, return and shipping rules, and your shipping city. Aeon uses the ones of your eBay account and creates what is missing: immediate payment, returns accepted for 30 days at the buyer's cost. You manage your shipping policies (domestic and international) from Manage eBay.
eBay parcel tracking
Tracking numbers entered on eBay are imported into your parcels. If eBay has a different number from the one in Aeon, Aeon keeps yours and tells you.
